Abstract: | Within the framework of the project "Preserved in the bog - Relics of prehistoric settlement landscapes in the Elbe-Weser triangle", or in short: "Relics in the bog", archaeological excavations were carried out in April 2021 in Wanna 1602. The site, which had already been prospected in February 2021, could now, after evaluation of all collected data, be identified as a multiphase used watering place of the early Iron Age. The main focus of this final thesis is the planning, preparation, execution and evaluation of this archaeological measure. Additionally, the applied methods, as well as the application of the new QGIS tool Tachy2GIS 3D Viewer, were explained and evaluated. |
