Zusammenfassung: | This thesis describes the development of a material which permanently bonds damaged wooden surfaces. The result is an adhesive filler, which loads cavities like a filler and connects two substrates due to its strong adhesive qualities. The basis was a basic filler mixture consisting of Plexigum PQ 611 as a binding agent, which was transformed into a gel due to the specific viscous demands and Phenoset Microspheres. Several different fibres were added in small concentrations and the failure load was tested via compression-shear experiments. In addition, the dependency of bond line thickness to adhesive power of the filler was analysed. The results show the correlation between concentration of fibres and bond line thickness regarding the failure load. |
