Seitenübersicht:

Zusammenfassung: The motorbike, built around 1908 by the Brennabor-works, was used for almost half a century. The former owner, Arthur Tetzlaff, suited the engine to his individual needs as a family vehicle with attached sidecar or as a pacemaker-engine for cycle races. The outward appearance was covered by traces of the decay during the following years. The individual components and their condition verify an eventful history and are described in detail. In comparison to the technical developments in the motorcycle industry a historical classification of this type is given. Scientific examinations support these statements. The depiction of the social- and technique-historical context is folllowed by the extensive conservation of the preserved substance, as demanded in the concept. Concluding the measurements to be carried out for the preservation are explained.
